Ingredients for - Chicken Marinade

1. Soy sauce - 1 cup
2. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
3. Cooking sherry - 1 tablespoon
4. Brown sugar - 3 tablespoons
5. Garlic, crushed - 3 cloves
6. Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 4

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Marinade

1. Stage

Mix soy sauce, oil, sherry, brown sugar, and garlic in a medium bowl. Pour into a large resealable bag. Place chicken in the bag, and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

2. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

3. Stage

Place chicken on the prepared grill. Cook until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Discard remaining marinade.
