Ingredients for - French Onion & Mushroom Green Beans

1. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil, divided - 4 tablespoons
2. Sweet yellow onion, thinly sliced - 1 large
3. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
4. Frozen French cut green beans - 1 (16 ounce) package
5. Sliced baby bella mushrooms - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Dried thyme leaves - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Shredded Swiss or Gruyere cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - French Onion & Mushroom Green Beans

1. Stage

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and vinegar. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Remove from skillet.

2. Stage

Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans, mushrooms and thyme. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in onions and salt. Cook 1 to 2 minutes to until desired doneness. Top with cheese.
