Ingredients for - Salmon salad

1. Salmon fillets - 150 gram
2. Salt - 2 pinch
3. Ground pepper - 2 pinch
4. Spinach - 200 gram
5. Arugula - 200 gram
6. Orange - 1 PC.
7. Almond - 60 gram
8. Lemon - 1 PC.
9. Olive oil - 1 Tsp

How to cook deliciously - Salmon salad

1. Stage

Sprinkle salmon fillet with salt and pepper and fry in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

2. Stage

Put spinach, arugula, slices of orange and chopped almonds on the dish.

For the sauce, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
