Ingredients for - Tofu Tacos

1. Garden herb tofu, crumbled - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Chopped onion - ½ cup
5. Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
6. Paprika - ¼ teaspoon
7. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Lime, juiced - ½
11. Tomato sauce - ½ cup
12. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
13. Taco shells, heated - 8 medium
14. Shredded lettuce - 2 cups
15. Tomatoes, chopped - 2
16. Avocado - peeled, pitted and diced - 1
17. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
18. Salsa - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tofu Tacos

1. Stage

Cook tofu, oil, garlic, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add chili powder, paprika, cayenne, cumin, salt, lime juice, and tomato sauce to the skillet and stir. Cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in cilantro. Spoon mixture into a bowl.

Spoon tofu mixture into taco shells. Top the mixture with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and salsa.
