1. Garden herb tofu, crumbled 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced 1 clove
4. Chopped onion ½ cup
5. Chili powder 2 teaspoons
6. Paprika ¼ teaspoon
7. Cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground cumin ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Lime, juiced ½
11. Tomato sauce ½ cup
12. Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup
13. Taco shells, heated 8 medium
14. Shredded lettuce 2 cups
15. Tomatoes, chopped 2
16. Avocado - peeled, pitted and diced 1
17. Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup
18. Salsa ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tofu Tacos

1 . Stage

Cook tofu, oil, garlic, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add chili powder, paprika, cayenne, cumin, salt, lime juice, and tomato sauce to the skillet and stir. Cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in cilantro. Spoon mixture into a bowl.

Spoon tofu mixture into taco shells. Top the mixture with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and salsa.
