Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

1. Pork tenderloin - 2 ½ pounds
2. Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, undrained - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Water - ¼ cup
6. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
7. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground ancho chile powder - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

1. Stage

Place pork tenderloin into a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Stir tomatoes, onion, garlic, water, oregano, brown sugar, and ancho chile powder together in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork tenderloin.

3. Stage

Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

4. Stage

Remove tenderloin from the slow cooker. Slice or chop; serve topped with some tomato sauce from slow cooker.
