Ingredients for - Florentine Artichoke Dip

1. Frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry - 1 (10 ounce) package
2. Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 (14 ounce) can
3. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
4. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
5. Cream cheese, softened - 2 (8 ounce) packages
6. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
7. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Florentine Artichoke Dip

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 7x11-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in artichoke hearts, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic and lemon juice. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.

3. Stage

Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove the cover, and let the dish bake uncovered for 5 more minutes or until the surface is lightly browned.
