1. Pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 ½ pounds
2. Onions, chopped 2 large
3. Red bell pepper, diced 1
4. Yellow bell pepper, diced 1
5. Diced tomatoes 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Chicken broth 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
8. Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
9. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
10. Curry powder 1 tablespoon
11. Salt 2 teaspoons
12. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
13. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
14. Dry mustard ½ teaspoon
15. Dried basil ½ teaspoon
16. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
17. Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 (16 ounce) package
18. Water 2 tablespoons
19. Cornstarch 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Skillet Pork with Mushrooms

1 . Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; saute until golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes. Remove to a plate. Add onions and peppers to the skillet and saute until browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in pork, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and garlic. Add vinegar, garam masala, curry, salt, black pepper, cumin, mustard, basil, and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes more. Stir water and cornstarch together in a small bowl and pour into the skillet. Cook and stir until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste.
