1. Pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 ½ pounds
2. Onions, chopped - 2 large
3. Red bell pepper, diced - 1
4. Yellow bell pepper, diced - 1
5. Diced tomatoes - 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Chicken broth - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
10. Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
11. Salt - 2 teaspoons
12. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
14. Dry mustard - ½ teaspoon
15. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
16. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
17. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 (16 ounce) package
18. Water - 2 tablespoons
19. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Skillet Pork with Mushrooms

1. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; saute until golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes. Remove to a plate. Add onions and peppers to the skillet and saute until browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in pork, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and garlic. Add vinegar, garam masala, curry, salt, black pepper, cumin, mustard, basil, and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes more. Stir water and cornstarch together in a small bowl and pour into the skillet. Cook and stir until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Season to taste.
