3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Thyme - ¼ teaspoon
5. Rosemary - ¼ teaspoon
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
7. Red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces - 5

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a roasting pan.
