1. Cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise - 1 large
2. Tomatoes, diced - 2 medium
3. Onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
4. Cubed seedless watermelon - 2 cups
5. Red wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
6. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
8. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
10. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground thyme - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cucumber Watermelon Salad

1. Stage

Combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and watermelon in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt, sugar, oregano, basil, thyme, and pepper together in a separate, smaller bowl and pour over salad. Stir to coat well.
