1. Habanero peppers - 5
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
5. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
6. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
7. Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
8. Tequila - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt - 2 teaspoons
10. Mustard powder - 2 teaspoons
11. Ground allspice - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Calypso Hot Sauce

1. Stage

Wear gloves to remove stems and seeds from habanero peppers.

2. Stage

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in the hot skillet until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Combine onion mixture, habanero peppers, lime juice, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, tequila, salt, mustard powder, and allspice in a blender. Purée until smooth.
