1. Fresh green beans, trimmed and halved - ¾ pound
2. Red potatoes, quartered - ½ pound
3. Onion, sliced - 1 large
4. Smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces - 1 pound
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
8. Butter - 1 teaspoon
9. Water - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.

Place green beans, red potatoes, onion, and sausage on a large sheet of foil. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oil, and top with butter. Tightly seal foil around the ingredients, leaving only a small opening. Pour water into the opening, and seal.
