2. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
5. Cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces - 1 head

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
