1. Flank steak - 3 pounds
2. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 3 pounds
3. Carrot, chopped - 1 large
4. Onion, chopped - 1 large
5. Ground dried thyme - ¼ teaspoon
6. Bay leaf - 1
7. Water - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Flank Steak

1. Stage

Season flank steak with salt and pepper and place into a slow cooker. Add carrot and onion; season with thyme and add bay leaf. Pour in water.

2. Stage

Cook on High for 4 hours; turn steak over and press down into the liquid. Continue cooking until a fork easily passes through the meat, about 4 hours more.
