1. Wide egg noodles - 2 ½ cups
2. Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
3. Chicken broth - 12 cups
4. Salt - 1 ½ tablespoons
5. Poultry seasoning - 1 teaspoon
6. Chopped celery - 1 cup
7. Chopped onion - 1 cup
8. Cornstarch - ⅓ cup
9. Water - ¼ cup
10. Diced, cooked chicken meat - 3 cups

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and oil, and boil until noodles are tender, about 8 minutes. Drain, rinse under cool running water, and drain again.
