How to cook deliciously - Taron Soup
1. Stage
Dice the meat and cook until soft.
2. Stage
Dice 1 onion, carrot and celery and add to the meat. Also add the pearl barley and cook the soup on medium heat until tender. Salt, pepper and spices to taste (bay leaf, peppercorns, allspice, etc.).

Pour off some broth, cool and mix with the yolks.

Finely chop the remaining onion. Half a lemon is cut into thin slices. Add all this to the soup 5 minutes before it is ready.

We finely chop the greens and add them to the soup and let them simmer for a couple of minutes.
