How to cook deliciously - Easy okroshka for a hot day
1. Stage
Put the mineral water in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, chop the cucumbers, radishes, onions and herbs, but not into chaff. Stir.

Add 2 chopped eggs. Make the pieces a little bigger than our "green salad".

Make the sauce. Grind finely chopped garlic, ajika and salt (to taste). I have dried ajika.

Fill our salad with the resulting sauce and leave for a few minutes until the juice forms. Don't wait for the salad to "flow," a couple of minutes is enough.

Now get some cool mineral water out of the fridge and fill/dilute our okroshka to the consistency you like. Garnish with the remaining egg slices. Okochka is tender thanks to cucumbers and eggs, spicy thanks to garlic and adjika, and spicy thanks to radish. Delicious! Bon appetit!
