How to cook deliciously - Chicken on kefir with creamy horseradish
1 . Stage
Today I will marinate chicken with homemade kefir and creamy horseradish. Such horseradish can be bought ready-made in stores, you can make your own. I have a ready-made one. It's not too spicy and I put 1 tbsp of it in the marinade. I took two quarters of a whole chicken with wings. I washed and dried them and put them in a bowl with a lid. I chopped garlic and onion and put them in with the chicken. Salted and peppered, poured the kefir, added creamy horseradish and thoroughly covered all the pieces with marinade, left under a lid for half an hour, turned over a couple of times during this time.
2 . Stage
I took a glass mold and coated it with olive oil. I am going to bake chicken with potatoes and vegetables. For this dish, I will be using mini potatoes. I don't peel small tubers ~3-4 cm in size. I wash them thoroughly with a brush and leave them whole.
3 . Stage
Place the marinated chicken in the form. Fill the empty spaces with mini potatoes. Zucchini, cut in half slices, also go there. Grate carrots on a grater.

Place carrots on top and pour all the kefir marinade along with the garlic and onions, distributing it evenly.

Cover the form with foil and put it in the oven for 50-60 minutes at t-180-200 C.
6 . Stage
Remove the form from the oven and remove the foil. To brown the top, without the foil send the form in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
7 . Stage
The dish is ready. Very flavorful and tender. It's just dietary. Despite the fact that there is horseradish in it, it is not spicy at all.

Serving. Ah, what delicious potatoes!!!
