1. Greek yogurt - 3 tablespoons
2. Mango chutney (such as Patak's®) - 2 tablespoons
3. Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
5. Pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
6. Curry powder - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Cayenne pepper (Optional) - ⅛ teaspoon
8. Pork sausage (such as Jimmy Dean®) - 1 pound
9. Eggs, hard-boiled and shelled - 6
10. Flour - ⅓ cup
11. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2
12. Panko bread crumbs - 1 cup
13. Cooking spray - 1 cup

1. Stage

Make the dipping sauce: Combine yogurt, chutney, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, curry powder, and cayenne in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
