Cooking
1 . Stage
Shred the cabbage not too finely. Grate carrots on a Chinese grater. Mix lightly without effort, season with salt.

2 . Stage
Cut the hot peppers into small peppers or rings, as you like.

3 . Stage
Prepare the dressing. In a bowl mix honey, mustard, wine vinegar, squeeze garlic through a press, mix.

Pour in vegetable oil and water, mix well.

Add the dressing to the salad, mix.

Add chopped parsley, stir.

Leave the salad in a warm place for 5-6 minutes. The rest of the salad can be put in a jar and put in the refrigerator.
