Ingredients for - Blueberry Custard

1. Butter 3 tablespoons
2. Eggs 8
3. Honey ¼ cup
4. Milk 2 ½ cups
5. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
6. All-purpose flour ⅔ cup
7. Salt ½ teaspoon
8. Blueberries 1 cup
9. Ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon
10. Confectioners' sugar for dusting 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Blueberry Custard

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish and place the dish in the oven to melt butter.

2 . Stage

In a blender, combine eggs, honey, milk, vanilla, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour over melted butter in the hot dish. Sprinkle blueberries on top.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, until puffed and golden. Sprinkle with nutmeg and confectioners' sugar.
