How to cook deliciously - Pickled meat with Bulgarian lecho

Prepared meat cut into portions and put in a bowl.

Add 1/3 of the can of lecho and mix well. Put the bowl aside to marinate the meat for about 30 minutes. You can do more, then put the bowl in the fridge.

Rice is washed and boiled in salted water until soft. Then drain the water.

Then put the rest of the lecho into the molds. Put the forms on a baking tray and cover with foil. Put the baking tray in the oven. After 45 minutes, taste the meat for readiness.

If the rice has absorbed all the liquid and the meat is not ready, you can add the spice mixture: water mixed with sour cream, seasoning and salt. If desired, you can add 1-2 tbsp of tomato ketchup. After adding the liquid, stir gently. Put the tray in the oven until the meat is fully cooked.
