1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. White sugar - ¾ cup
3. Baking powder - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
5. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
6. Chopped cranberries - 1 cup
7. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup
8. Orange juice - ¾ cup
9. Egg - 1 large
10. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
11. Orange zest - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Nut Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add cranberries and walnuts; stir until well coated.

Mix together orange juice, egg, oil, and zest in a medium bowl until combined. Pour over flour mixture; stir until just blended. Spoon batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of loaf comes out clean, about 50 minutes. Let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
