1. Eggs, beaten 6 large
2. White sugar 3 ½ cups
3. Fresh peaches, pitted and chopped 10
4. Heavy cream 4 cups
5. Half-and-half cream 2 cups
6. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
7. Salt ¾ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Peach Ice Cream

1 . Stage

Mix together eggs and sugar in a large bowl until smooth; purée peaches in a blender or food processor and stir 5 cups purée into egg mixture. Stir in cream, half-and-half, vanilla, and salt, and mix well.

2 . Stage

Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
