1. Vegetable oil - ¾ cup
2. Applesauce - ¼ cup
3. Eggs - 3
4. White sugar - 1 ¾ cups
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
7. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
8. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
9. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Peeled, cored and cubed apples - 3 cups
12. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Apple Walnut Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Stir together oil, applesauce, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Sift together flours, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in apples and walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center of a loaf comes out clean, about 70 minutes.
