4. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
5. Chicken broth - 4 cups
6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
9. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
10. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
11. Chopped green onions, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
