4. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
5. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
6. Chile powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
8. Olive oil, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Orange juice - 1 cup
10. Onion, coarsely chopped - 1
11. Garlic, diced, or more to taste - 4 cloves
