1. Beef flank steak - 1 (1 1/2-pound)
2. Chopped tomatoes - 1 (8 ounce) can
3. Onion, sliced - 1
4. Green bell pepper, sliced into strips - 1
5. Red bell pepper, sliced into strips - 1
6. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
12. Flour tortillas, or as needed - 6 large
13. Shredded Mexican cheese blend - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas

1. Stage

Cut flank steak into 6 equal portions and place in a slow cooker. Add tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and salt.

Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, or on High for 4 to 6 hours, until steak is fall-apart-tender.

Remove steak and shred. Return to slow cooker.
