1. Beef flank steak 1 (1 1/2-pound)
2. Chopped tomatoes 1 (8 ounce) can
3. Onion, sliced 1
4. Green bell pepper, sliced into strips 1
5. Red bell pepper, sliced into strips 1
6. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped 1
7. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
8. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
10. Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
11. Salt ¼ teaspoon
12. Flour tortillas, or as needed 6 large
13. Shredded Mexican cheese blend 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas

1 . Stage

Cut flank steak into 6 equal portions and place in a slow cooker. Add tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and salt.

2 . Stage

Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, or on High for 4 to 6 hours, until steak is fall-apart-tender.

3 . Stage

Remove steak and shred. Return to slow cooker.

Serve hot with tortillas and shredded cheese, allowing everyone to make their own fajita.
