Ingredients for - Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

1. Cauliflower, sliced lengthwise through the core into 4 steaks - 1 large head
2. Olive oil - ¼ cup
3. Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - 1 pinch
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.

2. Stage

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Brush tops of cauliflower steaks with 1/2 of the olive oil mixture.

3. Stage

Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip and brush tops with remaining olive oil mixture. Continue roasting until tender and golden, 15 to 20 minutes more. Photo by bd.weld.
