1. Beef broth, or more if needed - 1 (32 fluid ounce) container
2. Ground sirloin beef - 1 pound
3. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
4. Green beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Peas, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Tomato sauce - 1 (14 ounce) can
7. Carrots, cut into bite-size pieces - 3
8. Potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces - 2
9. Onion, chopped - 1
10. Celery, cut into bite-size pieces - 1 large stalk
11. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
12. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 ½ tablespoons
13. Celery seed - ½ teaspoon
14. Bay leaves - 2
15. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2

1. Stage

Stir beef broth, ground sirloin, corn, green beans, peas, tomato sauce, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, garlic, parsley, celery seed, and bay leaves together in a slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 4 hours. Check for moisture and add broth as needed. Continue cooking another 4 hours. Season with salt and black pepper.
