2. Tomatoes, chopped - 2
3. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Cucumber, chopped - 1 large
6. Broccoli florets - 1 cup
7. Fresh sliced mushrooms - 1 cup
8. Black olives, pitted and sliced - 1 cup
9. Italian-style salad dressing - 1 (8 ounce) bottle

How to cook deliciously - Rainbow Rotini Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cucumber, broccoli, mushrooms, and olives in a large bowl. Add Italian salad dressing; toss to coat. For best results, cover and chill to let the flavors blend before serving.
