Ingredients for - Cold Tortellini Salad

1. Refrigerated cheese tortellini - 2 (12 ounce) packages
2. Carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick - 8 medium
3. Broccoli florets - 4 cups
4. Green onions, thinly sliced - 4 stalks
5. Minced garlic - 2 cloves
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
7. Grated Romano cheese - ¼ cup
8. Grated Asiago cheese - ¼ cup
9. Italian salad dressing, or to taste - 1 ½ cups
10. Hot pepper sauce (such as Cholula®) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cold Tortellini Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini in the boiling water until tender yet firm to the bite, 6 to 7 minutes. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.

2. Stage

Add carrots, broccoli, green onions, and garlic to the tortellini. Sprinkle Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago cheeses over top. Combine salad dressing and hot sauce in a small bowl; pour over the salad and toss gently to combine, being careful not to break the tortellini.

3. Stage

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
