1. Italian sausage (casings removed), or extra lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
4. CONTADINA® Crushed Tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
5. CONTADINA® Tomato Sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Chopped fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
7. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
8. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Sugar - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Classic Contadina Spaghetti Sauce

1. Stage

Cook sausage, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until sausage is browned and crumbly and onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano, basil, salt, and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
