Ingredients for - Pasta with Peas and Sausage

1. Rigatoni pasta - 1 pound
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Sweet Italian sausage, casings removed - 1 pound
5. Frozen green peas - 12 ounces
6. Heavy cream - 1 ½ cups
7. Butter - 4 tablespoons
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Pasta with Peas and Sausage

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

In a skillet heat oil and saute garlic over medium heat. Brown sausage in skillet. Once brown add frozen peas and simmer for 5 minutes. Slowly add heavy cream and butter to skillet; bring to a slight boil. Add more cream if necessary. Cook for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
