How to cook deliciously - Kulich-roll
1. Stage
Soak the candied fruit and raisins in rum or cognac (better the day before)

I made the dough in the bread machine, taking into account the order of the products.

Prepare the filling: mix cinnamon and sugar, strain candied fruits and raisins from the rum, roll in flour. Let the butter melt slightly.

Divide the finished dough into four parts. Roll out one part into a rectangle about 20x35 cm. Brush the dough with a quarter of the butter, sprinkle with a quarter of the cinnamon sugar and distribute a quarter of the candied fruits over the surface. Roll lightly with a rolling pin. Roll up from the short edge.
5. Stage
Repeat the rolling out and stuffing procedure one more time. Place the first prepared roll on the roll and wrap in it. Repeat with the remaining two pieces of dough.
6. Stage
Cut the resulting 2 rolls in half. Place in a loaf tin, pinching the bottom (the cut). Let stand in a warm place until the volume increases about an hour.
7. Stage
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes on the lower level. Check with a skewer. If the cakes start to brown, but are not yet ready, cover them with paper.
