1. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 pound
2. All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
3. Lager beer ¾ cup
4. Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
5. Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons
6. Mustard powder 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Cheddar-Beer Fondue

1 . Stage

Mix Cheddar cheese and flour together in a bowl.

2 . Stage

Bring beer to a light boil in a fondue pot; add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder and stir. Gradually stir cheese mixture into beer mixture. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir mixture until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
