2. Extra virgin olive oil - ¾ cup
3. Red wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
4. Dried oregano - 2 tablespoons
5. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
6. Minced garlic - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®) - 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Combine parsley, oil, vinegar, oregano, cumin, garlic, hot sauce, and salt in a blender or food processor. Mix on medium speed until ingredients are evenly blended, about 10 seconds.
