1. Plain yogurt 1 cup
2. Sour cream 1 cup
3. Cucumbers, seeded and chopped 3
4. Tomato, seeded and chopped 1
5. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
6. Paprika ½ teaspoon
7. Crushed garlic 4 cloves
8. Salt and pepper to taste 4 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Raita

1 . Stage

Whisk together yogurt, sour cream, cumin, paprika, and garlic in a salad bowl.

2 . Stage

Add cucumbers and tomatoes; toss and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
