Ingredients for - Raita

1. Plain yogurt - 1 cup
2. Sour cream - 1 cup
3. Cucumbers, seeded and chopped - 3
4. Tomato, seeded and chopped - 1
5. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
6. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
7. Crushed garlic - 4 cloves
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 4 cloves

1. Stage

Whisk together yogurt, sour cream, cumin, paprika, and garlic in a salad bowl.

Add cucumbers and tomatoes; toss and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
