Ingredients for - Red Potato Salad

1. Red potatoes, cut into chunks 3 pounds
2. Hard-cooked eggs, chopped 4 large
3. Low-fat sour cream 1 cup
4. Light mayonnaise ½ cup
5. Celery stalk, chopped ⅓
6. Green onions, chopped 2
7. Dill pickle, chopped 1
8. Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons
9. White vinegar 1 teaspoon
10. Hot sauce 1 dash
11. Dried dill weed 1 tablespoon
12. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
13. Onion salt 1 dash
14. Salt and pepper to taste 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Red Potato Salad

1 . Stage

Place potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover; bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes. Drain, then transfer to a large bowl to cool.

2 . Stage

Mix together eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, pickle, mustard, vinegar, and hot sauce in a bowl. Season with dill weed, garlic powder, onion salt, salt, and pepper. Pour over potatoes; gently toss to coat.

3 . Stage

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
