5. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces 4 ounces
6. Andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces 4 ounces
7. Grapeseed oil, divided 4 tablespoons
8. Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
9. Italian seasoning ½ teaspoon
10. Paprika ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
12. Zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 1 medium
13. Yellow squash, cubed 1 medium

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine potato, bell peppers, shallots, and sausages with 3 tablespoons oil in a large bowl.
