3. Dried basil - 2 tablespoons
4. Chopped fresh thyme - 2 tablespoons
5. Chopped fresh rosemary - 2 tablespoons
6. Sea salt - 2 tablespoons
7. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable bouillon powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Pork shanks - 6 (1 1/2) pounds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
