Ingredients for - Sweet Pepper Balsamic Bean Salad

1. Chopped yellow bell pepper - 1 cup
2. Kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Roasted red peppers, drained - 1 (7 ounce) jar
4. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 12
5. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
6. Balsamic Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
7. Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
8. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
10. Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
11. Lettuce - ½ head

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Pepper Balsamic Bean Salad

1. Stage

In large bowl combine yellow pepper, beans, roasted red peppers and tomatoes.

2. Stage

In jar with tight-fitting lid combine parsley, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, basil and garlic; shake well. Pour over vegetables; toss gently. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Stage

To serve, place leaves of lettuce on individual salad plates and top with bean mixture.
