Ingredients for - Sweet Pepper Balsamic Bean Salad

1. Chopped yellow bell pepper 1 cup
2. Kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Roasted red peppers, drained 1 (7 ounce) jar
4. Cherry tomatoes, halved 12
5. Chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons
6. Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons
7. Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
8. White sugar 1 teaspoon
9. Dried basil 1 teaspoon
10. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
11. Lettuce ½ head

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Pepper Balsamic Bean Salad

1 . Stage

In large bowl combine yellow pepper, beans, roasted red peppers and tomatoes.

2 . Stage

In jar with tight-fitting lid combine parsley, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, basil and garlic; shake well. Pour over vegetables; toss gently. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours.

3 . Stage

To serve, place leaves of lettuce on individual salad plates and top with bean mixture.
