Ingredients for - Cucumber Avocado Salad

1. Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced - 1
2. Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
3. Fresh dill, chopped - ⅓ cup
4. Garlic, quartered - 1 clove
5. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and chopped - 1
8. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cucumber Avocado Salad

1. Stage

Place the cucumber, onion, dill, garlic, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl, and toss. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2. Stage

Gently toss the avocado with the cucumber mixture. Refrigerate mixture 10 minutes more. Remove from the refrigerator, and drain. Remove and discard garlic. Toss the cucumber mixture again with the red wine vinegar.
