Ingredients for - Polish Stuffed Cabbage

1. Cabbage - 1 medium head
2. Water to cover - 1 medium head
3. Ground beef - 1 pound
4. Cooked rice - 1 cup
5. Garlic powder to taste - 1 cup
6. Egg - 1
7. Tomato juice - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
8. Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
10. Water to cover - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Polish Stuffed Cabbage

1. Stage

Place the head of cabbage in a large pot over high heat and add water to cover. Boil cabbage for 15 minutes, or until it is pliable and soft. Drain and allow to cool completely. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

In a separate large bowl, combine the beef, rice, garlic powder and the egg, mixing well. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

6. Stage

Pile up the filled leaves in a large pot, putting the larger leaves on the bottom. Add the tomato juice, vinegar and sugar and enough water to cover. Simmer over medium low heat for about 60 minutes.
