4. Black-eyed peas, undrained 2 (15.8 ounce) cans
5. Cooked long-grain rice 2 cups
6. Diced tomatoes, drained 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 ½ cups
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 ½ cups
