1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Beets - scrubbed, peeled, and sliced (Optional) - 2 small
3. Thinly sliced red bell pepper - ⅛ cup
4. Minced garlic - 2 cloves
5. Beet greens, roughly chopped - 2 bunches
6. Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's®), or more to taste - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - SalScilla Farms Sauteed Beet Greens

1. Stage

Coat the bottom of a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add beets and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Mix in beet greens and season with Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until beet greens are wilted, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
