1. Chunk light tuna, drained - 1 (6 ounce) can
2. Chopped onion - 2 tablespoons
3. Light mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
5. Green lettuce, rinsed and patted dry - 3 leaves
6. Finely shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese (Optional) - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tuna Lettuce Wraps

1. Stage

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2. Stage

Lay lettuce leaves out. Divide tuna mixture among the leaves, placing it in the middle of each leaf. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the tuna. Roll leaves up to create wraps.
