1. Garlic - 1 clove
2. Seeded and minced jalapeno pepper (Optional) - 2 teaspoons
3. Minced fresh ginger - ¾ teaspoon
4. Lime juice - ⅓ cup
5. Packed cilantro leaves - ¼ cup
6. Honey - 2 tablespoons
7. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Extra-virgin olive oil - ⅓ cup
10. Flat iron steak - 1 pound
11. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pound
12. Corn kernels - 1 cup
13. Chopped yellow bell pepper - 1 cup
14. Thinly sliced red onion - ½ cup
15. Plum tomato, diced - 1
16. Jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced (Optional) - ½
17. Torn romaine lettuce - 8 cups
18. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup
19. Tortilla chips, or to taste - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro Lime Steak Salad

1. Stage

Make the dressing: Pulse garlic, jalapeño, and ginger in a blender until finely chopped. Add lime juice, cilantro, honey, balsamic vinegar, and salt; pulse to blend. Turn the blender on; pour in oil in a slow, steady stream. Blend until dressing is smooth.

Set an oven rack about 4 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Make the salad: Season steak with salt and black pepper, then transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
