6. Low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1 tablespoon
7. Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
8. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
