1. Sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 pound
2. Butter - 2 tablespoons
3. Onion, sliced - 1 large
4. Beef stock - 1 cup
5. Bay leaves - 2
6. Dried thyme - 1 pinch
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
8. Frozen peas - 1 cup
9. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
10. Egg noodles - 4 cups

1. Stage
