1. Hard-boiled eggs, peeled - 12 large
2. Mayonnaise - ⅓ cup
3. Pickle relish - 1 tablespoon
4. Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
5. Yellow mustard - 1 teaspoon
6. Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a medium bowl and set whites aside.

2. Stage

Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, relish, Dijon, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir until well combined and smooth. Transfer to a large zip-top bag.

3. Stage
